The name Fit Buddy comes from Fitness (achieving fitness in your body) and Buddy (your friend to keep you motivated and encouraged to stay fit).

After creating our first LiLiFu Fit Buddy we shared it with different professionals (podiatrist, physical therapist, massage therapist, neuromuscular therapist and a yoga instructor) who gave us their feedback, recommendations and many new uses and benefits for the Fit Buddy. We received such great feedback that we started manufacturing the LiLiFu Fit Buddy so that everyone could experience the amazing benefits we were receiving.

Each Fit Buddy is hand made, unique and made in the USA. It is kiln dried for 72 hours, treated with an organic oil that seals it to make it antibacterial, antimicrobial and anti-fungal and then treated with a food grade butcher block conditioner.
